Project for the identification of the different species of rays and their products with biomolecular techniques and DNA sequencing: methods PCR-RFLP and FINS. The use of these bimolecular techniques assists the evaluation of the degree of exploitation of different ray species. Techniques can also be used to detect fraud and ensure authenticity in the sale of ray spp.
