To produce economical feed for Arctic charr to decrease productions cost and increase profitability in Arctic charr farming. (1) Diet should maximize health, optimize utilization of feed and support growth comparable to growth obtained by presently used feed; (2) Diet should not have negative effect on product quality, especially regarding fat composition and physical properties (taste, flesh-colour, texture).
