The project focuses on the sensory and microbiological quality of circular water education. Recycling water technology and methods have developed to a level where fish farming is already managed and the focus of development can be shifted to quality. The overall objective of the project is to improve the capacity of circular water farmers to produce safe and high-quality fresh fish products, the preservation of which enables distribution and competitive sales times.
