The aim of the project is to demonstrate how the production of salmon-like fish seedlings (rainbow trout, brown trout, brook char & Alsatian char) can already be carried out in a near-natural environment. In the course of the project, the latest scientific findings based on the principle of tank enrichment will be applied for the first time in practice. In addition, the positive effect of current in the breeding of juvenile salmonids will be demonstrated in practice.
