The objectives of this project are to elucidate salinity effects on growth, osmoregulation, endocrine control and immune parameters, at three growth stages of cod. Optimal salinity for growth and food conversion efficiency will be defined, and long-term effects of optimal salinity on growth, endocrine control and immune parameters will be examined.
