The available database comprises research projects in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Seafood Processing and Marine Biotechnology active in the time period 2003-2022.
BlueBio is an ERA-NET COFUND created to directly identify new and improve existing ways of bringing bio-based products and services to the market and find new ways of creating value from in the blue bioeconomy.

The SINDBAD 2.0 platform aims to provide customized services to support professional navigation (fishing, aquaculture, local transport) and in general to all sea operators, guaranteeing the safety of those who work on board and improving the efficiency of operations. Underpinning the platform's operation is the ability to provide high-resolution forecast sea state data for the entire Mediterranean, with even higher-resolution views of specific coastal zones. The availability of such data makes numerous specific services possible, designed for different types of users, such as fishing, aquaculture, local transport, etc. capable of providing valid support for the choices they must make to carry out their work at sea in the best possible way and in safety
