Cultivation of tunicates has great potential as a source of marine proteins. Previous experiments have shown that it is possible to produce large quantities of tunicates in a small area. In order to commercialize tunicate production, it is necessary to develop efficient harvesting methods. To use the biomass as raw material for feed, it is necessary to find technically and economically viable solutions for processing the biomass after it has been harvested. This project aims to verify effective methods for harvesting and processing tunicates.
