"The shark vessel of the future phase 1" is a preliminary project under the auspices of Fiskarlaget's Servicekontor AS v / Teknologiforum, and funded by the Fisheries and Aquaculture Research Fund. The main purpose of the project has been to assess the basis and R & D usefulness of developing one new pilot vessel with regard to propulsion, HSE and catch processing. A preparation that should clarify relevant issues in connection with the realization of a pilot vessel. The project has assisted shipowners with a project application to Innovation Norway Nordland. The project has been a close collaboration between the shipping company P / R VI-TO ANS, Mjosundet Båtbyggeri AS and Teknologiforum. Polar Consulting AS has been hired to assist administration of the project. The purpose of the pilot project was to assess the basis and R & D benefit of developing a new one pilot vessels with a view to propulsion, HSE and catch processing.
