Project aims to publish historical data collections on spatial and temporal patterns of Pärnu Bay fish composition. Hundreds of experimental hauls made over the past ten years in Pärnu Bay will be analyzed with an intention to provide better management decisions and projections for commercial fish stocks. Pärnu Bay is a unique for its fish landings and revenue made from there in Estonia. Gained knowledge tell us which kind of patterns exist in fish composition and what drives changes. Understanding such patterns enable better management decisions that is a ground for stable and sustainable fisheries.
