The project plans to undertake and support a sustainable alternative typology of tourism, based on the realization of actions highlighting the cultural, historical and culinary particularities of the areas targeted by the traditions of fishing and tuna work and production of the boutargue.
One of the values of this project is to improve the integration between territory and cultural and environmental resources, by setting up effective communication and by optimizing the educational and dissemination effects of themes which would otherwise remain specific to a specialist audience.
