Recently, nanotechnology has received considerable attention due to the new inherent properties of Nanoparticles (NPs), which can be found in various products, and possibly have the environment as their final destination. In this context, this project aims to study the toxicity of nanomaterials in aquatic organisms (fresh and estuarine), studying various routes of exposure (water column and/or sediment).
