In the course of the activity, specialists from different specialties will be brought together, in cooperation with whom methods for obtaining novel materials from fish residues will be developed. The project will provide a knowledge-based overview of how novel materials are produced and allow the fishing industry to consider the production of such materials from fish waste to make the fish supply chain (cost) more efficient, while reducing unused fish waste, which will soon be reduced by EU waste policy.
