The purpose of this project is to gain a greater understanding of what product information can be placed on Norwegian clipfish products in the Brazilian market, so that one can develop and maintain consumption in this market, as well as meet the increasing competition from Portuguese players. Goal to acquire knowledge of the Norwegian clipfish industry about what information Brazilian consumers and supermarket chains want on the clipfish products. The Norwegian clipfish industry can use this knowledge to label its products with information to maintain and increase the consumption of Norwegian clipfish in Brazil.
