The project resulted in 10 new business concepts aimed at consumers in the KBS market. These were developed from 4 growth platforms (Spontaneous Dinner, Lunch Express, The Car as a Dining Table and The One-Hand Food). We want the seafood industry to use the business concepts quickly and further develop them into specific seafood products for the KBS market where consumers demand new seafood products. Goals: • To get the industry to solve the following barriers pointed out by the service trade: o offer products with sufficient knowledge to the consumer so that they achieve sufficient and profitable sales. o document that these products do not emit an annoying odor in the room, and do not emit odors / tastes to the other products on common cooking equipment. o map out whether common cooking equipment can be used, and what equipment is needed if this is not the case. • To develop products based on seafood for the KBS market where the participating companies will have pilot projects with their existing or selected potential customers. • To satisfy the consumer's requirements for taste in relation to similar meat and chicken products.
