Research has revealed measures that can be useful during the capture, transport and live storage of king crab. The knowledge has emerged through interviews with fishermen, producers and new research results emerged in this project. A guide has been published to help with the capture of crabs, which will ensure gentle handling and provide clear guidelines for the treatment of live king crabs. Knowledge documented through this project can form the basis for the emergence of a completely new industry where the sale of live crabs is the main product
