The goal was to increase the quality of Norwegian block-frozen garlic pulp and thereby increase value creation for the Norwegian fishing industry. Sub-goals for the project: 1. To map the quality of the garlic pulp products currently on the market, the time of capture, the methods of capture and the intermediate storage on board as well the process conditions on land that can potentially have an impact on the quality of the end product. 2. To optimize the process conditions on board and on land with regard to the quality of Norwegian garlic mass.
