Primary objective: Develop a profitable and sustainable technology platform for harvesting snow crab based on Norwegian demands for EHS, salaries and product quality. Secondary objectives: Reduce labor force on deck from 5 to 3 persons per shift. Reduce labor force in factory from six to three persons per shift Eliminate all processes on board which cause unacceptable risk for crewmembers, both risk for direct injuries and injuries caused by long-term stress.
