Sandanger AS will develop a new type of production of small individual packages of attractive fish spreads for adults and children. The order shall be based on cuts of mackerel and salmon and respond to the market's wishes for several varieties of fish spreads with good taste and high nutritional value. Goals: 1. Examine customers' wishes in relation to fish spreads with simple experiments, observation and customer surveys in commercial kitchens and the grocery market, and give the company an innovative market advantage 2. Investigate and solve technological challenges (oxidation / quality) that partially hinder the realization 3. Prepare prototypes and test these according to models for selected customer segments and continue these to a series of products (4 pcs.) 4. Document maximum sensory and nutritional quality of frozen cuts from mackerel and salmon for cold cuts production through optimized routines for raw material handling, thawing, heat treatment and packaging at Sandanger 5. The products must be tested in simple final market tests at hospitals / COOP stores
